1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Handlha, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per business entity.

3. Subscription & Billing

Handlha offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Prices are displayed in EGP. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card. Trial data is retained for 30 days after the trial ends if no subscription is activated.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of your business data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Handlha for any illegal activity, to attempt to compromise the security of the platform, or to interfere with other users' access to the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Handlha is a business management tool and does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. We are not liable for business decisions made based on data displayed in the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo.

11. Delivery & Shipping Policy

Handlha is a SaaS (Software as a Service) product delivered digitally over the internet. No physical products are shipped.

Upon subscription, your account is activated immediately and accessible via your brand URL.

12. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

After starting a paid subscription:

• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing period starts.
• Annual subscriptions: pro-rated refund available within 7 days of subscription date.
